Do the Vehicles Have Insurance and Comprehensive Coverage?

All our vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive insurance. In case of any accident or damage, the vehicle must not be moved and a police report and alcohol test report must be obtained.

What Is Not Covered by Insurance?

  • Damages without an official report
  • Damages caused by driving under the influence of alcohol
  • Use of the vehicle by unauthorized persons not stated in the contract

Is There a Driving License and Age Requirement?

Driver age and license duration vary depending on vehicle class:

  • Economy class vehicles:
    Minimum age 22 and at least 2 years of driving license
  • Upper class vehicles and minibuses:
    Minimum age 27 and at least 5 years of driving license

Do I Have to Pay Immediately?

No. Payment is made upon vehicle delivery.

Who Is Responsible for Traffic Fines and Toll Fees?

All traffic fines and highway/bridge toll fees belong to the renter. Even if fines are issued later, the renter is responsible for payment.

Do the Vehicles Have HGS?

Most of our vehicles are equipped with HGS systems. Toll usage is charged additionally according to the renter’s request.

Do You Require a Promissory Note or Credit Card?

We do not require a credit card or promissory note from our international customers. Our company does not ask for promissory notes for any vehicle rental.

What Are the Insurance Terms?

All vehicles are fully insured. To activate insurance coverage, a police report or a mutually prepared accident report must be completed at the time of the accident.

If these documents are provided, no charge will be requested. Any damage without these documents is not the responsibility of our company.

What Should I Do in Case of an Accident or Damage?

Insurance will be activated if the following documents are provided:

  • Original accident report or police report
  • Copy of the other party’s vehicle registration
  • Copy of the other party’s insurance policy
  • Copies of both drivers’ driving licenses
  • Copy of passport main page and Turkey entry stamp page
  • Alcohol test report
