The vehicle images, brand names and model details displayed on our website are representative examples of the relevant vehicle groups. As commonly practiced in the car rental industry, reservations are made based on a vehicle group, not a specific vehicle model.
However, our primary priority is always to deliver the exact vehicle brand and model selected by our customers during the reservation process. If the selected vehicle is available at the time of rental, it will be delivered directly to the customer.
Only in cases where the selected model is not available at the rental time, the vehicle to be delivered will be determined by our authorized staff from within the same vehicle group, ensuring it is equivalent in class, segment and equipment.
For example, an economy class reservation may include vehicles such as Renault Clio or Citroën C3, while a compact/mid-size reservation may include Fiat Egea or Citroën C-Elysée.
Our vehicle fleet is regularly renewed in line with customer satisfaction, safety and comfort standards. All vehicles are maintained periodically and prepared to fully meet the requirements of their respective classes. In accordance with our transparent pricing policy, rental prices do not include fuel costs, traffic fines, or highway and bridge tolls (HGS). Any toll usage via the HGS system will be charged to the customer based on actual usage at the time of vehicle return.
Vehicle delivery and return procedures at Istanbul Airport are carried out in the airport parking area. Parking fees charged by the airport operator are independent of our company and are the responsibility of the customer.
